Enterprise Research Group LLC (“ERG Partners”) is pleased to announce the appointment of William D. Pratt II, a veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the US Army, to its Advisory Board. The appointment is effective immediately.
Bill is the Founder and the Director of Research and Analysis of Courage Services, Inc., a provider of cultural and geographic research and analysis to the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense.
Bill served in the U.S. Army from 1978 to 1990. As a U.S. Army Officer he served as Operations Officer with 205th Military Intelligence Detachment, 302nd ASA Battalion. Among other operations he conducted air and ground reconnaissance, including aerial photographic surveillance operations, along the East-West German border.
Following his retirement from the U.S. Army, Bill worked as a Program Manager at BDM International with the U.S. National Photographic Interpretation Center (NPIC) and the Defense Nuclear Agency.
Previously Bill held various positions at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Between 2002 and2005, he was the Chief methodologist and researcher for the Research Studies Team within the NGA Office of Counter-Terrorism as an independent contractor.
